She founded Administrative Excellence www.adminexcel.net to provide training with the latest and best practices in mind. Rodayna has thirty-five years of experience working with and supporting executives and corporate leaders in multicultural environments and is passionate about sharing her knowledge about best practices and innovations with other administrative professionals.

Achievements during the work experience with ADNOC and some of its Group Companies:

  • Champion of ADNOC Executive Assistants (EA) Academy, 2017-2019; designed and supported cascading the same model to some of the Group Companies.    
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Office Administrative Business Processes in ADNOC Onshore (5 processes completed) and for designing competency development programs for administrators.    
  • Designed office administrators’ competency-based profiles (4 levels) with career ladders for ADNOC LNG and customized a development program for ADNOC Onshore Admins at all levels. 
  • Designed CEO’s office portal to enhance and control office management and effectiveness of executive support to the CEO and management team. 
  • Conducted SME Workshops to ADNOC Group Administrators.    
  • Provided training, coaching and mentoring to administrative professionals.    
  • Trained company’s administrators at various levels and provided an executive administrative support to CEOs offices and Senior Management.
